We are now looking for summer substitutes.

Job Description

The work involves providing participants with support in their daily activities in work-oriented activities with a focus on alternative and augmentative communication. You will work based on a clear structure and predictability in daily life through known routines and approaches. Together with your colleagues, you will adapt activities for the participants in the program. With the right approach, you will empower and facilitate the participant's active participation.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has education in pedagogy or another education that the employer assesses as equivalent
  • Has good knowledge of LSS.
  • Has experience working in daily activities or group housing.
  • Has knowledge of various disabilities and their consequences, as well as knowledge of support for cognitive difficulties.
  • Has knowledge of different types of alternative and augmentative communication and various communication aids and is accustomed to using clear pedagogical methods.
